National Pancake Day is Feb 23, 2010. IHOP locations will be celebrating by offering every customer from 7am to 10pm a FREE short stack of buttermilk pancakes. In exchange, IHOP is asking customers to consider a donation to the Children's Miracle Network (or other local charity). Limit 1 short stack per person and this offer is not valid with coupons or other discounts.
